2. Acceptance
By using maram.iq or ordering any service, you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. Domains are also governed by the Domain Registration Agreement.
3. Your account
You must give accurate, up-to-date information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account and services.
4. Services
We provide hosting, virtual and dedicated servers, storage, backup and domain registration. Each service’s specification, price and term are those shown when you order and on its invoice.
5. Payment and renewal
Services are paid in advance through the payment methods offered on the site. A service renews when its renewal invoice is paid before the due date; non-payment may lead to suspension and then termination after notice.
6. Backups
Unless your service explicitly includes backups, you are responsible for keeping an independent copy of your data.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a service for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or at the request of a competent authority. You can cancel any service from the client area.
8. Refunds
Domain fees are not refundable once registered, as they are paid to the registry. Other refund requests are made through a support ticket and considered according to the nature of the service.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, and our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned in the last billing period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and Iraqi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the updated version on this page with its date.
