Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all Maram Host services and forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Not allowed

• Hosting or publishing content that breaks the laws of the Republic of Iraq or of the country where the server runs.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
• Phishing and distributing malware.
• Attacks on systems and networks, including denial of service and unauthorised scanning.
• Infringing intellectual property or other people’s privacy.
• Using server resources in a way that harms other customers on shared services.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the security and updates of your account and applications, and for everything published or sent through your services.

4. Enforcement

On a breach we may warn you, suspend the service or terminate it, depending on how serious the breach is.
